Recopying Previous Copy Job
(Last Job)
If a document is not
stored in memory, the
error message, “No docu-
ment stored in memory”
will appear.
Note
By storing the scanned document in memory you can recopy a previous job without search-
ing for the original.
●Last Job is available when the previous scanned document is still stored in memory.
● Last Job is not available when the last copy job has been deleted, the preset time limit expired or if the
free memory space is not enough.
● The memory hold time can be set as well. In addition, Last Job copying can be prohibited by setting the
hold time to 0 minute. (see page 2-97)
(The default hold time is 0, which means Last Job copying is prohibited at the time of installation.)
