Entering speed-dials (Mode 1)
In Mode 1, you must add the PIN to the speed-dial number. Transmission is not possible if a PIN
number has not been entered. If Mode 2 has been set, the following entry is not necessary.

Create or change an entry using
the one-touch key or speed-dial.
Select the line item you want to edit.
Select [Enter] to continue.

While setting up, the machine
asks you to enter the PIN. Select
[PIN] and press [Enter].

Use the numeric keypad to en-
ter the desired PIN, up to eight
characters in length.

Press [Enter] to save the PIN.

Press [Enter] to save the speed-
dial setting.

· If you press [Enter]
without entering the
PIN, the machine beeps,
displaying “PIN is not
stored” on the touch
screen, and then returns
to step 2.
· Press RESET to return to
the standby screen.
