show ip bgp regexp (BGP)
Use this command to display routes matching the AS path regular expression within an
IPv4 environment. Use the show bgp ipv6 regexp (BGP4+) command to display routes
matching the AS path regular expression within an IPv6 environment.

Symbol Character Meaning
^ Caret Used to match the beginning of the input string. When used at
the beginning of a string of characters, it negates a pattern
match.
$ Dollar sign Used to match the end of the input string.
. Period Used to match a single character (white spaces included).
* Asterisk Used to match none or more sequences of a pattern.
+ Plus sign Used to match one or more sequences of a pattern.
?Question

[ ] Brackets Specifies a range of single-characters.

Parameter Description
global
When VRF-Lite is configured, apply the command to the global
routing and forwarding table.
vrf
Apply the command to the specified VRF instance.
<vrf-name> The name of the VRF instance.
<expression> Specifies a regular-expression to match the BGP AS paths.
