Setting Up the Printing Environment

On the [Start] menu, point to [Settings] and click [Printers].
The [Printers] folder will open. Then double-click [Add
Printer].
For Windows XP Professional: Click [Start] ➞ [Printers and Faxes].
For Windows XP Home Edition: Click [Start] ➞ [Control Panel] ➞ [Printers and
Other Hardware] ➞ [Printers and Faxes].
The [Add Printer Wizard] dialog box will appear.

Click [Next].

Select [Network printer] and click [Next].
