When Nothing is Printed
Check the following items if nothing is printed after executing a print operation from
the application.

Check if an error message is displayed in the Printer Status
Window.
IMPORTANT
If not, uninstall the CAPT software and install it again. (See "Uninstalling the CAPT
Software," on p. 3-69.)

Print a test page.
● For Windows 98/Me
❑ Click the [Printer Property] dialog box ➞ [General] ➞ [Print Test Page] in order.
● For Windows 2000/XP
❑ Click the [Printer Property] dialog box ➞ [General] ➞ [Print Test Page] in order.
■ When the test page is printed appropriately
Printing can be performed from the CAPT software. Check the application and make sure
that all the settings are specified properly.
■ When a test page cannot be printed
Uninstall the CAPT software, reinstall it, and print a test page again.
