The [Finishing Details] dialog box will appear.

Specify the following options as needed.

Conrm the settings, then click [OK].
The display will return to the [Finishing] sheet.
[Paper Size Override]: Specify this option when Letter size pages are
printed on A4 size paper or A4 size pages are
printed on Letter size paper.
[Rotate Print Data 180 Degrees]: Rotates the print data 180 degrees. This option is
useful for printing on envelopes and index cards that
can only be printed in specic directions.
[Special Print Mode]: Print quality may deteriorate depending on the type
of paper or the operating environment of the printer.
[Special Print Mode] provides settings that allow you
to correct some problems with print quality.
[EMF Spooling] (Windows 2000/XP
only):
Allows you to specify whether the print data is
spooled in EMF (metale) format. When this box is
checked, the data is spooled in EMF format.
[Print Mixed Color/monochrome
Documents at High Speed]
Specify this option for printing data that contains
both color pages and black-and-white pages.
Checking this box may increase the speed for
printing mixed color/black-and-white documents.
