Click [ ] (Consumables/Counters) on the Printer Status
Window.
The [Consumables/Counters] dialog box can also be displayed by selecting
[Consumables/Counters] from the [Options] menu.
The [Consumables/Counters] dialog box will appear.
The meaning of the icons is indicated as follows. (The black toner cartridge is
used as an example.)
Icon Definition
Ready to print.
Replacement is needed soon. Have another toner cartridge
available.
Lifetime of the toner cartridge has been reached. Replace the
toner cartridge.
The toner cartridge has not been installed.
