When using Internet Explorer on Windows, and where build 3309 of Microsoft VM
(Microsoft Virtual Machine) or earlier version is installed, a device map may not properly
be displayed. In this case, install the latest Microsoft VM. You can download the latest
Microsoft VM from Microsoft's Web site.
- Microsoft VM is not installed by default on Windows XP. Install the latest Microsoft VM.
- To confirm the build number for Microsoft VM, start the MS-DOS command prompt,
then enter "jview", then press the [ENTER] key on the keyboard. The last four digits of
the version number that is displayed in the first line is the build number for Microsoft
VM.

When using NetSpot Console with Netscape 6, you cannot use the device map feature.
