Special Notes
1. Do not combine this command and the <ESC>R Rotate command
(see Page 4-72) in the same data stream.
2. The specified values are valid until another Rotate (<ESC>%)
command is received.
3. Receipt of a Stop Print (<ESC>Z) command will reset the setting to
the default value.
