Cleaning the Print Head and Platen
RAISE THE PRINTER

OPEN THE PRINT
HEAD ASSEMBLY
PRINT HEAD
Apply SATO Thermal Print
Head and Platen Cleaner to a
cotton swab and gently wipe
across the print head
CAUTION: Be extremely careful
around the tear bar which is
located directly in front of the
print head and is very sharp
