❍ Pull the jammed page in either direction, but DO NOT
force it.
❍ If a multipage document is loaded, remove the entire
document from the ADF.
❍ Gently press the operator panel until it clicks closed.
❍ Fan and stack the sheets, and replace the stack in the ADF.
❍ Press
STOP
to clear the error message.
❍ Start your operation again.
Close the
operator panel.
