Canon instituted the Clean Earth Campaign to recycle used cartridges. To
participate in this program, simply follow the instructions packed with
your new FX-3 Toner Cartridge. Canon encourages you to return used
cartridges to us at no cost to you.

FX-3 Toner Cartridge Warranty
The Canon FX-3 Toner Cartridge is warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase, under
the terms of the Limited Warranty packaged with the cartridge. Refer to
the Limited Warranty for a full statement of your warranty rights.
Under the Limited Warranty, a defective FX-3 Toner Cartridge will be
exchanged for a new cartridge. You can return the defective cartridge to
Canon Computer Systems, Inc., or to one of their Authorized Service
Facilities. To obtain the name and address of the Canon Computer
Systems shipping location or the Authorized Service Facility nearest to you,
please call the Canon Computer Systems Customer Care Center at 1-800-
423-2366.
Before shipping the defective cartridge, place it in its original protective
bag. Seal the bag and place it in the original box and packaging.
You must include the following with your defective cartridge.
Your name and address
A copy of the proof of purchase (bill of sale)
A print sample from the defective cartridge
A complete explanation of the problem
