Printing Reports
You can print help and reports containing useful information.
NOTE:
Lists that print out automatically will not print if there
is no paper loaded or a paper jam has occurred.
To Print Lists

Press
Report/Help
on the front panel. The display
shows the first menu.

Press or until you find the list you want to print,
then press
the Start/Enter button
. The selected list will
be printed.
Help
Shows the machine’s basic functions and commands and can
be used as a quick reference guide.
Sent Journal
Shows activity information for the last 40 fax transmissions.
This report shows the fax number/name, start time, duration
(time), mode, pages and results.
Received Journal
Shows activity information for the last 40 fax receptions. This
report shows the shows the fax number/name, start time,
duration (time), mode, pages and results.
Phonebook
Lists all numbers currently stored in memory as One-touch
dial numbers, Speed dial numbers, and Group dial numbers.
