Fax and Copy Operations

SENDING CONFIRM
:
A message confirmation report showing whether the
transmission was successful, how many pages were sent,
etc., can be selected to print after each fax transmission.
Select
ERROR
to print only when an error occurs and the
transmission was not successful.
Select
ON
to print a confirmation report automatically each
time you send a fax.
Select
OFF
to turn this feature off.

FAX PAPER SIZE
:
Select the paper size on which you will be printing.
LETTER

NOTE:
If you set the Auto Reduction menu option, or turned
Paper Save mode on, your machine will determine the
reduction rate according to this setting.

AUTO REDUCTION
:
When receiving a document as long or longer than the
paper installed in your machine, the machine can reduce
the data in the document to fit the paper size currently
loaded in the machine.
Use this feature if you want to automatically reduce an
incoming page (that would otherwise be divided into two
pages) to fit on a single page. If the fax machine cannot
reduce the data to fit onto one page with this feature
