Installing the Software
NOTE:
For Windows 95/98 users, close “New Hardware Found”
screen when the computer boots up.

Insert the WorkCentre Pro 580 Driver CD-ROM into your
CD-ROM drive.
The CD-ROM automatically starts and the opening
window appears.
If the opening window does not appear, click
Start
, and
then
Run
. Type
D:\Xerox.exe
, replacing “
D
” with the
letter of your CD-ROM drive, and click
OK
.

When the opening screen appears, click on the
checkboxes for what you want to install: PC Print, PC
Scan, Control Centre Lite and/or User’s Guide. Click on
Continue.
