Close the control panel firmly until it clicks into place.
Paper Jams While the Machine is Printing
By carefully selecting the paper type and loading it properly,
you should be able to avoid most paper jams. If paper jams
occur, an error message appears in the display. Follow the
steps below to clear the jam. To avoid tearing the paper,
gently pull the jammed paper out.
IF PAPER JAMS IN THE AUTOMATIC PAPER FEEDER

Remove the stack of copy paper (if necessary).

Carefully remove the jammed paper by pulling it
straight up using both hands.

After removing the jammed paper, re-load the stack of
copy paper back into the automatic paper feeder with
the print side facing you.
