Fax and Copy Operations
Type an appropriate name for your phonebook, then
click on Save. The phonebook will be stored on your
computer.

To open a phonebook, click on File > Load
Phonebook. When the following screen appears, select
the desired phonebook, then click Open.

You can write the phonebook to your WorkCentre Pro
580 by clicking on Write.

Click Exit when you are finished.
Searching for a Programmed
Number in the Memory
There are two ways to search for a number in the memory.
You can either scan from A to Z sequentially, or you can
search using the first letter of the name associated with the
number.
