Printing
• Load the envelope with the flap side facing away
from you. The end of the envelope with the stamp
area must enter the feeder first.
NOTE:
Do not feed stamped envelopes. The stamp is shown
in the previous illustration for reference only.
CAUTION:
Never use envelopes with stamps, clasps, snaps,
windows, coated linings, or self-stick adhesive. These
envelopes may severely damage the printer.
• Load the label sheet with the adhesive backing
facing away from you.
• Load a sheet of card stock with print facing
forward, short edge first.

Initiate the print job from your computer. The display on
the WorkCentre Pro 580 displays “PC PRINTING...” and
“PRESS START.”
