Troubleshooting
POWER FAILURE A power failure has
occurred.
If documents have been
stored in the memory, a
‘Power Failure Report’ will be
automatically printed when
the power is restored.
RECEIVE ERROR
A fax has not been
received
successfully.
A problem with the facsimile
communications has
occurred. Ask the sender to
try again.
RETRY REDIAL ?
The machine is waiting
for the programmed time
interval to automatically
redial a previously busy
station.
You can press the Start/
Enter button to immediately
redial, or the Stop button to
cancel the redial operation.
SEND ERROR
Your fax has not gone
through successfully.
A problem with the facsimile
communications has
occurred. Try again.
TONER EMPTY
The laser printer
cartridge has run out.
The machine stops.
Replace with a new laser
printer cartridge.
TONER LOW
The laser printer
cartridge is almost
empty.
The laser printer cartridge is
almost empty. Order a new
laser printer cartridge and
replace when Toner Empty
is indicated in the display.

WARMING UP
The WorkCentre Pro 580
is warming up and is not
ready.
Wait until the WorkCentre Pro
