Fax and Copy Operations

fax number setting, press
the Start/Enter button

NOTE:
You cannot use more than one Group dial number in
a delayed fax. If you want to use a Group dial number, it
must be the first location entered into the delayed fax.

The display prompts you to enter a name.
If you want to assign a name to the transmission, enter
the name. If not, skip this step.
For details on how to enter the name using the number
keypad, see page 1.27.
NOTE:
The name entered identifies this delayed fax
operation. This makes it easier to identify the operation if
you need to add documents or cancel the operation.

Press
the Start/Enter button
. The display shows the
current time in brackets and asks you to enter the time
when the fax is to be sent.

Enter the time using the number keypad, then press
the
Start/Enter button
.
Enter the time in 24-hour format. For example, enter
22:30 for 10:30 P.M. If you set a time earlier than the
current time, the document will be sent at that time on
the following day.

The document will be scanned into memory. The display
shows the memory capacity and the number of pages
being stored.
