two-digit speed dial numbers in your computer and download
the information to your machine.

Start Windows.

Start
menu, and select
Programs
from the
Start menu.

Xerox WorkCentre Pro 580
on the Programs
menu, and select
Control Centre Lite
.

The ControlCentre Lite dialog box appears.
Gets the
Phonebook
numbers stored
in your machine.
Downloads the
Phonebook
numbers to your
machine.
Deletes all the
Phonebook
numbers.
Deletes the selected
number.
Stores a new
number or edits the
selected number.
Selects the type
of automatic dial.
Select the desired
memory cell for
the Phonebook
entry.
