1.4.6 initializations
1.4.6.1 Power-on Initialization
The initialization of this level is activated by power-on or /INIT signal (negative pulse) or cold-reset
command (remote RS command). This initialization is:
l to initialize the printer mechanism.
l to clear the all buffers of data.
l to cancel the download character definition.
l to make the printer stand-by state, if no errors occur.
l to execute software initialization.
1.4.6.2 Software Initialization
The initialization of this level is activated by the control code ESC & for ESCiP or ESC [K for 12381 Plus.
This initialization is:
l to make the printer setting to default.
1.4.6.3 Panel Initialization
The initialization perfoned by the control panel operation. This initialization is:
l to clear all data in the buffer.
l to execute software initialization.
