Press Menu to access the Usage Profile menu.
■ To email a full report, press the left or right arrow buttons until the
front panel displays Email Report. Then press OK. The recipients
of this report are specified in the PhaserLink email notification pages.
A full report is sent to the users specified in the Regular Intervals field
of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom Settings page.
A report is also sent to Tektronix if the Email to Tektronix field in the
View and Configure Status Notification Settings page is set to On.
■ To email a job report, press the left or right arrow buttons until the
front panel displays Email Job Report. Then press OK. The
recipients of this report are specified in the PhaserLink email
notification pages. A job report is sent to the users specified in the
Each Job field of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom
Settings page.
5.
To return the printer to normal operation, press Exit (the far right button)
until the front panel displays Ready.

To send Usage Profile reports via email, Status Notification (Email Notification)
must be properly set up for your printer. For more information, see “PhaserLink
Status Notification (Email Notification)” on page 130.

From the printer’s home page, click Configuration; this displays the View
and Configure Settings page.

On the View and Configure Settings page, select Usage Profile Full
Report or Usage Profile Job Report from the Email pull-down list.
Click Email.
The recipients of this report are specified in the PhaserLink email notification pages.
■ A job report is sent to the users specified in the Each Job field of the View
and Configure Status Notification Custom (Email Custom) Settings page.
■ A full report is sent to the users specified in the Regular Intervals field of
the View and Configure Status Notification Custom (Email Custom)
Settings page. A full report is also sent to Tektronix if the Email to
Tektronix field in the View and Configure Status Notification (Email
Notification) Settings page is set to On.
