Automatic Document Deletion after a Failed Transmission
Follow the procedure below to set whether to delete a document after a
transmission error occurs.
NOTE
The default setting is ‘02 ON’.

Press [Additional Functions] ➞ press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to
highlight <03 FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].
The FAX SETTINGS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <03 TX SETTINGS> ➞
press [OK].
Each time you press (▼) or (▲), the next or previous menu option
becomes highlighted.
The TX SETTINGS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <04 ERASE FAILED TX>
➞ press [OK].
The ERASE FAILED TX menu appears.
