Before You Use the Fax Functions

■ Date and Time
Date and time of the transmission.
■ Fax Number
Your fax number.
■ Unit’s Name or Sender’s Name
Select a unit’s name or a sender’s name by pressing [TTI Selector] before scanning a
document for sending.
■ Page Number/Total Number of Pages
The page number of the document out of the total number of pages.
Registering This Machine’s Fax Number
Follow the procedure below to register the number of your machine.

Press [Additional Functions].
The ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <03 FAX SETTINGS>
➞ press [OK].
Each time you press (▼) or (▲), the next or previous menu option
becomes highlighted.
The FAX SETTINGS menu appears.
