The document memory list is printed.
Using the Memory Reference Key

Press [FAX].
lights, and the machine enters the Fax Basic Features screen.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels ➞ press
[Memory Reference].
The MEMORY REFERENCE menu appears on the display.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 DOC. MEMORY
LIST> ➞ press [OK].
Each time you press (▼) or (▲), the next or previous menu option
becomes highlighted.
The document memory list is printed, and you can check the detailed information
about the documents waiting to be sent or the received documents.
