Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 CONFIDNTL
MAILBOX> ➞ press [OK].
The CONFIDNTL MAILBOX menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 SETUP FILE> ➞
press [OK].
The display for entering the desired mailbox number appears.
NOTE
If you want to stop creating the confidential mailbox, press (Stop). If you want
to restart creating it, select <02 CHANGE DATA>, and continue to set the mailbox.

Press [F2] (-) or [F3] (+) to enter the number of mailbox (from
00 to 99) ➞ press [OK].
You can also use the numeric keys to enter the confidential mailbox number.
The SETUP FILE menu appears.
