GPS
This tab displays the information available from the GPS built into the Gobi radio.
Tap the Start button to initiate a scan for GPS data. The information on this tab is updated every 3 seconds.
Tap the Reset All Data button to clear all GPS data from the Gobi radio. You must confirm that you want to rest the
data. Use this button with caution as it takes a longer time for the GPS to establish a valid fix after the data is cleared.
After the GPS establishes a coordinate fix, the Where am I button is active. Tapping this button activates Internet
Explore to display a Google map of the current location.
The GPS time and NMEA (National Maritime Electronics Association) string count are displayed at the bottom of this
tab.
