Ifprintedsheetsareaffectedbybandingindifferentcolorstowardtheendofthesheet(about20-30mmfrom
theedge),tryadjustingthefeedamountofthetrailingedgeofsheets.
Followthesestepsforstandardautomaticadjustmentofthefeedamount.

•Ifprinteddocuments(includingdocumentsprintedonrolls)areaffectedbybandingindifferentcolors
notonlytowardtheendofthesheetbutthroughouttheprintedarea,tryadjustingtheoverallfeed

•ThisadjustmentisonlypossiblewhenfeedingpaperfromtheCassetteorTopPaperFeedSlotthat
canbesetupwithamarginonthetrailingedgeof3mm(0.12in).
1.LoadasheetofunusedpaperA4/Letter-sizedorlarger.

•Alwaysmakesuretheloadedpapermatchesthemediatypesettingontheprinter.Adjustment
cannotbecompletedcorrectlyunlessthesettingvaluematchestheloadedpaper.
•Werecommendusingthetypeofpaperyouusemostoftenforadjustment.
2.PresstheMenubuttontodisplayMAINMENU.
3.Press◄or►toselectAdjustPrinter,andthenpressthe▼button.
4.Press◄or►toselectAdjFarEdFeed,andthenpressthe▼button.
5.Press◄or►toselectYes,andthenpresstheOKbutton.
Atestpatternisprintedforadjustment.

6.ExaminetestpatternC1foradjustment.Afteryoudeterminethepatterninwhichstreaksare
leastnoticeable,pressthe◄or►tochoosethepatternnumber,andthenpresstheOKbutton.
