10.3.3 Inactive/Hot maintenance
For a single-chassis configuration
1.
Open the r ack do or.
2.
Log in to the XSCF s hell.
3.
Execute the sho w log s command to identify th e component requiring
maintenance.
For details, see "3.3.5 Checking log information."
4.
Confirm th e hardware and software configurations.
For details, see "4.2 Confirming the System Configuration."
5.
Stop t h e entire system.
For details, see "5.4 Stopping the Entire System."
6.
Execute the sho w pp arstatus command t o confirm that the ph ysical partition
requiring mai nten ance is p o w ered off.
7.
Execute the replacefru command t o release th e power supply unit requiring
maintenance from the system.
For details, see "5.1 Releasing an FRU from the System with the replacefru
Command."

1.
