Site Requirements for the MGX 8950 Switch
Vibration
Table 3-9 describes the Cisco recommendations for vibration conditions.
Space
You can install the following MGX 8950 system components in a rack (as shown in Figure 3-6):
• Exhaust plenum
• Upper fan tray
• Cisco MGX 8950 switch
• Lower fan tray
