Print-Quality Troubleshooting
Wrinkling
Damage is usually in a corner with solid fills. This problem is more often seen
on short-grain media. Some wrinkling on envelope flaps is normal. Wrinkling
may occur on the second side of a 2-sided print on the secondary colors. This
indicates the Preheater is too open on the duplex side of the print.

On the paper’s packaging, an underline under the 11 (in 8.5 in. x 11 in.)
indicates the paper is long-grain.
