Is the problem noted vertically?
Does the fixing heater (H1) turn on
immediately after power-on?
Is the nip of the fixing assembly as
indicated?
Check the fixing roller (upper, lower)
for scratches.
See the “Fixing heater fails to turn
on.”
Adjust the fixing lower roller
pressure.
Try recommended paper. If the results
are good, advise the user to use
recommended paper.
