SYSTEM HALT?—Chooseone of the following:
Press Enterto haltthe masterSRE modulein an EX8208 switchor to haltthe master RE modulein an
EX8216 switch. PressEnter again to confirmthe halt.
In a baseconfigurationswitch,the masterSRE or RE modulewill be gracefullyhaltedbut not powered
off.PressEnter on yourmanagementdeviceor powercyclethe switchtobring the switchback up.
In a redundantconfiguration,the backup SRE or RE moduletakesovermastership when the master SRE
or RE moduleis halted.Tocompletelyhalt the switch, use the requestsystemhaltother-routing-engine
CLI commandto haltthe backupSRE or RE module before haltingthe master SRE or RE module.Press

Maintenance
You can view the informationabout the LCD panel in EX8200 switches by executing the
command showchassis hardware. It shows the version, part number, serial number, and
description of the LCD panel.
