SET SPANTREE MODE
Use the SET SPANTREE MODE command to enable or disable the Spanning
Tree Algorithm and Protocol (STAP).
Format
SET SPANTREE MODE {setting}
Parameters
{setting} = disable
enable (default)
Example
OEBM> set spantree mode disable [ENTER]

Description
The SET SPANTREE MODE command allows you to enable or disable the
Spanning Tree Algorithm and Protocol (STAP).
3Com recommends that for stable fault tolerant network topologies, the
Spanning Tree mode remain enabled.
