Synchronization settings
As already mentioned, synchronization can be set in the configuration dialog. The dialog is
opened automatically upon the first startup or it can be opened by selecting Synchronize KSP
Options.

The configuration dialog (see figure 7.3) consists of two basic sections:
Server information
To allow smooth synchronization, it is necessary to set the name of the server where
the user account including its username and password is stored (to get this information,
contact your network administrator). This data can be copied from settings of an IMAP or
a POP3 account already created in the profile or it can be set manually. For this purpose,
use the following options:
Use information about server and login from account
The plug-in in the combo box menu provides all IMAP and POP3 accounts in the current
profile. Select an account in which you want to synchronize calendar, contacts, notes
and also public folders if desired and test the connection by clicking on the Connection
check button.
Warning: If traffic for the account is secured by SSL, it is not possible to copy the
information and it is necessary to enter the data manually (and set the Use own settings
option).
