16.5.2 Erasure Blocks
The flash memory is partitioned into 32 8 KB erasure blocks. Fig. 16-5-2 shows the configuration of the flash
memory erasure blocks and their correspondence with each of the bits in the erasure block registers that are used to
specify which blocks to erase. After setting the erasure block registers in erasure block setting mode, block erase
mode is used to erase the blocks that correspond to the bits for which "1" was specified in the erasure block
registers.
In all erase mode, all 256 KB memory cells are erased in a single operation.
