Overview
4 Close the ADF.
Press down on the center of the ADF to return it to its original position
until the ADF clicks into place.
• Make sure that the ADF is completely closed. Feeding
errors may occur if the ADF is not closed completely.
• When scanning is canceled halfway through, some
sheets of the document might remain inside the ADF
even though no error message is displayed. Follow the
procedure (Steps 1 to 4) above to remove the sheets
remaining in the ADF.
