Selecting a Pylon Pro sync filter
Once you have created one or more Pylon Pro filters to sync custom
databases, you activate them by selecting them in your configuration
document, then setting the sync Action. If you have not yet created any
Pylon Pro filters, see “Creating a Pylon Pro filter to sync a custom
database” (page 135) for instructions.
To select a Pylon Pro sync filter:
1. Open the Pylon Configuration Database. For instructions, see
“Accessing Pylon on your desktop computer” (page 60).
2. In the navigation pane, click Configurations.
3. Select the user configuration you wish to edit, then click
Edit Configuration.
4. In your configuration document, make sure the box beside the
Pylon Pro icon is checked.
By default, Pylon Pro has four rows for syncing four different
custom databases or database views.
5. Under Filters, click the drop-down arrow in a row that has not been
assigned a filter or that contains a filter reference that you want to
change.
Note If all of the rows are in use, you can enable additional databases (the
maximum is 20). For instructions, see “Making changes to a Pylon
Pro sync filter” (page 142).
