Adding keywords to the index
1. In the Desktop Manager, on the Tools menu, point to Index By, and
then click Keywords.
2. In the Edit Keyword List diaog box, click Insert.
3. Type the creator name you wish to add to the index and press
Enter.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each creator you want to add.
You can Remove or Change a keyword.
To close the Edit Keyword List dialog box and save your keywords, click
Close.
