Chapter 26. Global Mirror examples
In this chapter we provide examples that illustrate how to set up and manage a Global Mirror
environment, using the available interfaces: TSO commands, ICKDSF, DS SM GUI, and DS
CLI. The examples show how to:
Query Global Mirror sessions.
Establish a Global Mirror environment (paths, pairs. session).
Deal with a primary site failure and the subsequent recovery at the backup site. Also, the
management of a planned outage is discussed.
Remove a Global Mirror environment.
