1 Choose
Print from the File menu.
2Click
Properties.
3Click the
Layout properties tab.
4 In the Document Layout group, select the
Book Format option.
The Book Properties group box is displayed, allowing you to
specify additional booklet settings.

5 Set additional Book Properties:
w Indicate the size of the Center Margin, the space between
the text on facing pages (also called the gutter), in
millimeters.
w Indicate the size of the Outer Margin, the space between
the text and the outer edge of the page, in millimeters.
w Check Number Pages Left to Right to change the print order
of the pages so that the finished book can be read from
left-to-right, the default reading order.
