Stapling documents
1Click the Setup tab.
2 From the Staple drop-down box, select the stapling position
you want:
w Off
w Upper Left
w Upper Right
w Left (Double)
w Top (Double)
The finishing option icon indicates where the staple will be
placed.
Note: These options are disabled if the Staple Finisher unit is
not installed on the copier.
Hole-punching documents
Click the Setup tab.
From the Hole drop-down box, select the hole punch position you
want:
n Off
n Left
n Top
The finishing option icon indicates where the holes will be
punched.
Note: These options are disabled if the Hole Punch Finisher
unit is not installed on the copier.
Setting Finishing Options on the Macintosh
The list of stapling options displays all possible stapling
positions. Some of these may not be valid for all paper sizes and
feed directions. You may have to experiment to determine which
stapling option works best for your document.
