If an appropriate port is not configured, add a port. For

10 Enter the drive containing the printer setup information file
(*.inf) or click
Browse to find the file on the network.

11 Once you find the file, click OK to return to the Add Printer
Wizard.

13 For the Windows

98, Me, 2000, and XP operating systems,
select the port type from the list of available ports and click
Next.

14 If previous versions of the driver software are detected, the
wizard prompts you to keep the existing driver or replace it.
If you are reinstalling a deleted or corrupt driver, choose
Keep
Existing
. If you are updating to a newer version, choose
Replace.
