TOPACCESS OVERVIEW
TopAccess has two web sites available. One site is designed for
end users and the other is for the administrators.
n The end-user site displays controller and scan job status as
well as enabling you to create and maintain private groups
and templates.
n The administrator site enables network administrators to
configure controller settings, conduct maintenance, and
update the address book, public group and public templates.
With TopAccess, administrators and service engineers can:
n View controller status
n Configure controller and network properties
n Set up default print options
n View and modify job queues
n View and modify copier attributes
n View cassette/accessory configuration
n View and clear the log files for jobs, messages and counters
n Locate other TOSHIBA devices on the network
n Upload client software to the network
n Install client software
n Initiate a scan
End users can:
n View general copier information including controller status
and alerts
n View cassette/accessory configuration
n View and modify the status of jobs submitted by the user
n View the counters logs
n Locate other TOSHIBA devices on the network
n Install client software
