Managing Fonts on the Macintosh
1 Choose
Print from the File menu.
2 Choose the
Font Settings properties category.

3 Select the font format and font downloading options you
prefer.
4Click
Save Settings to continue setting print options or click
Print to begin printing.
USING PRINT PROFILES
Print profiles save time because you don’t have to reset print
properties every time you print a document. Specifying a print
profile automatically configures the driver to produce the output
you require.
Creating Print Profiles
Before you can use a print profile, you must define the properties
that constitute the profile.
1 Define the properties that constitute your print profile.
2Click the
Setup tab.
3 Navigate to the Print Profile group dialog box and click
Save.
