74 GL-1020 Operator’s Guide (Basic)
If optional components are installed on the digital copier,
continue with the options setup. Otherwise, AppleTalk
printing is now enabled on this workstation.
Note: If the system doesn’t automatically sense the PPD file,
you must manually select it.
AppleTalk Options Setup
1 From the Apple menu, select Chooser.
2 In the Chooser dialog box, select the LaserWriter 8 printer
icon, then the GL-1020 PostScript printer.
3Click
Setup.
4 If the system doesn’t auto select the PPD file, select
TOSHIBA
.PPD
from the file list and click Open.
You will return to the previous screen.
5Click
Configure.

6 From the Change drop-down list, select the item you want to
configure.
7 From the To drop-down list, select either
Installed or Not
Installed
, as applicable.
8Click
OK and exit the Chooser.
