The inverter output voltage at the occurrence of a
trip is displayed. (Default setting: unit %)
Input terminal FE06
The ON/OFF status of each of the control signal
input terminals (F, R, RST, S1, S2 and S3) at the
occurrence of a trip is displayed in bits.
