System Debugging Enable/Disable the Terminal Debugging
The Switch provides various ways for debugging most of the supported protocols and
functions, which can help you diagnose and address the errors.
The following Switches can control the outputs of the debugging information:
Protocol debugging Switch controls the debugging output of a protocol.
Terminal debugging Switch controls the debugging output on a specified user
screen.
Figure 121 illustrates the relationship between two Switches.

You can use the following commands to control the above-mentioned debugging.
Perform the following operations in User View.
Display the current-configuration display current-configuration [ controller |
interface interface-type [ interface-number ]

Display the state of the
debugging
display debugging [ interface {
interface-name | interface-type
