Enter the existing string in the [Find what] box, and enter the new string in
the [Replace with] box.

Replace the text string.
A text string is searched for and replaced in an upward or downward direction from the cursor
position. To search all the cells efficiently, jump to the beginning or end of the cell and start
searching.
You can change the cell to search by clicking an Original text or Translated text cell when searching.
Click the [Undo] button ( ) on the toolbar to cancel the most recent action and return to the
previous state.
Check this box to select the case-
sensitive search for a string.
Click here to search and replace a string
one by one.
Click here to search and replace all strings
automatically.
